cd/dvd eject button

Hi
I know this may be a bit long winded but hear goes.
Due to the button for the cd/dvd eject button on my computer being inoperable I have one on my desktop screen which works just as well. Whe I try to load a MULTI DISK prog I can load the first disk "OK" as I can see the screen with the eject button on,but when it asks for a Second Disk I can't see the original screen which is now covered up ?? Does anybody have ANY ideas how I could resolve this (without smashing the computer up)" Ps" I am using Windows Vista .

DVD eject button on Windows ? I always thought it was just the button on the front of the CD drive ? As far as I know only macs have an eject button (aka F12).

Have you looked on your task bar for minimised windows ?

A new cd/dv drive is $20.

Use a pin to manually eject.

Doesn't ALT-TAB allow you to cycle between windows?

Or can't you just drag the window asking for the next disk out of the way?
