You're referring to the Piriform download page right?

It's just designed to make you assume it's payware. You can still download & run it for free. Evidently, the redesign works...

Indeed so. I noticed exactly this, yesterday.

Look carefully underneath the buy online and download button screaming in your face and you will see discrete links to download free-of-charge from Filehippo and Piriform just as before
