Windows Media Player
I run WMP 10 in XP (tried WMP11 didn't like it) and find it suits me well, except in one respect.
It lists my Album tracks in alphabetical order sorted by Artist, which is fine for finding tracks, but the trouble is, it plays tracks in the same order when left to its own devices!
I really don't want to hear up to six tracks consecutively from the same source. Any way to vary this without manual selection of each track?
Please don't suggest Real Player.

I'd recommend that you check the track numbers in the MP3 files, since you should be able to sort the tracks by track numbers. Clicking on the title bar at the top should sort the tracks by that field. (I don't have Windows going at the moment, can't tell you exactly what to look at.)
