Searching from Google in toolbar

Recently the google search function in the top right (toolbar ?)
of IE has started to return the results in arabic and english also changing to right to left page.

I know i'm in the ME but i didn't change any settings so what happened and can i reverse it permanently ?

Have tried a few things but still can't get it back as was

Thanks in advance

Are you sure that it hasn't taken you to google.ae for example rather than .com or .co.uk? Just a guess but based on your IP address it will try to divert you to the local flavour, something I find highly annoying, but that's how it is.

Have you tried 'manage search providers', then the details for the specific Google site?

When this computer was delivered, everything (including the keyboard..) had been set to American, so it took a while to ensure that the 3 search providers I use are the correct versions.
