Simple answer - you can't! MS only released the panels SDK for FS2000 recently, it'll be a while before there's one available.
If you have FS98 though, search for an A320 panel by a guy called Andreas Jaros - there's a review of it on http://www.simflight.com - it really is worth downloading, & it's free

There ARE a couple of A 320 panels for FS2K, Andrea Jaros' example is the best, but is for FS98. New ones are on their way.
However, you can look on my site and you will find a couple that work well in FS2k. You will also find some other panels you might like. www.uksim.co.uk

spannersatcx - you can download some panels alright, but they're pretty poor, a good A320/330 panel still isn't available.
At the moment, there are only 9 airbus panels available for FS2000 on flightsim.com.
Once the panel designers get their hands on the SDK and start working with it, then we'll get some good ones.

Why not register with a virtual airline such as www.airtoursva.co.uk
?
They often have many good aircraft!
