Simple answer - you can't! MS only released the panels SDK for FS2000 recently, it'll be a while before there's one available.
If you have FS98 though, search for an A320 panel by a guy called Andreas Jaros - there's a review of it on
http://www.simflight.com - it really is worth downloading, & it's free
