Just bought a new pc with ME on it, and I want to take a hard drive from the old pc and install it in the ME machine. Is there a simple way I can set it up so that I can load Win98 onto that drive and run it
separately from the ME OS? (dual boot)
I want to be able to run some older DOS games that I have been told will not run well under ME.
And if I cannot do that, will the info on the old drive be readable by the ME OS without formating it? Mainly photo and music files.

If you use something like Power Quest's Boot there is no problem, just install Win98 on the second hard drive and when you boot up you will get the option to boot with either OS. Win ME will read all your other programs and does appear to read some DOS.
