How to Remove a Sender or Domain

To remove a sender or domain from the list:
1. On the Tools menu, point to Message Rules, and then click Block Senders List.
2. Click the name or domain that you want to remove on the Blocked Senders tab, and then click Remove.

It does exactly what is say's it does;
It adds that address to the mail programs blocked senders list. You will not see what is sent, as the program will move that DL'd email to trash.
To remove:
Tools, message rules, blocked senders list.
Choose the mail address and select remove.
