Clicking the e-mail link on webpages.

I'm trying to send a message to various establishments in the South West of England.

I've found various websites listing such places, and when I click on the "e-mail" link, outlook express automatically opens.

I usually use yahoo to send e-mails, so I have to copy and paste the e-mail address from outlook express, to my yahoo mail, and then copy and paste the message i want to send.

Is there a quicker way? (I'm trying to avoid using outlook express)

Thanks in advance.

Just configure outlook express to pick up mail from your Yahoo account, thats how mine is configured, I can then choose which way to view my emails.

It depends which type of Yahoo account.

Mine is a free account originating from talk21.com days and mail forwarding to Outlook Express is blocked unless I upgrade to the premium (fee based) version.

Unless things have changed, Yahoo does not offer pop email support unless you pay them for it? It is some while since I looked but I'm sure that used to be the case.

Yes - confirmed - you need 'PLUS'

Whether that will then come up on your IE options I know not.

Does this help?
