transfering email address books

Ive just switched my broadband from AOL to BT, (although Ive kept a free AOL email account).
My AOL address book has hundreds of addresses in, the important ones of which Ive manually transferred to the BT account, is there an easy way of importing the AOL addresses to the BT address book?

Ta.

If you google for "aol address book" (including the quotes for an exact phrase match) you get pages of search results, most relating to "how do I extract the AOL address book".

Didn't read them, but expect that if you scanned a dozen or so you'd find the concensus answer there.
