The outlook folder is here
C:\Documents and Settings\Launchpad McQuack\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook,
and the file you want to copy is outlook.pst.
There will be one for each user.
Paste it on your new machine's desktop and use the 'import' function of outlook to sort it into your new pc's .pst file.

Select file, select import and export, select export to a file and click next, select personal folder file(.pst) and click next, make sure personal folders is highlighted and that the tick box for sub folders is selected and click next. In the subsequent box name the file and specify the location you want it saved to.
On the new machine select file and then import and export then import from another program or file then select personal folder file(.pst) and point it in the direction of your file.
All your contacts, emails, notes etc will be copied across and then you will just have to set up your email account details for send and recieve.
