Copy/Paste

Until recently if I wanted to add something to a post, e.g a URL, I would right click to Copy it, then right click again to Paste the URL into the post.

I can still do this in other programs but not in Pprune.
For some reason when I right click now to insert the URL I get a menu which says Back, Reload, Bookmark This page, etc, etc, but no Paste.

Can someone tell me how to restore the capability to Paste on a right click ?

Strange that yours won't.

If I’m in a “reply” box, I can paste quite happily, which is how I put this text here. I wrote it in a Word document, did a “highlight – right click – copy” then pasted into the text box.

You’re not using MS Internet Exploder, are you? I’m a Firefox person…

Is the "Paste" command there, but dulled out? ie, not in black like the others?

I get this sometimes where i have pressed copy, and get to the window and its been removed from the clipboard in the matter of seconds... This causes the paste thing to be de-activated...

Keef: I am using Firefox.

planecrazy: No, Paste is not there.

It is odd that I can Copy/Paste to other programs, but not to Pprune.

Try using "CTL+C" (copy) and CTL+V (insert), CTL+X to delete. I find it quicker and easier.

Thanks blackace, that works, but it still irritating that the other method which I have used for so long has suddenly decided to stop.
