Devlin.
Which Anti-virus are you running?....
This particular trojan is a nasty little bugger. You will need to disable System Restore before you attempt to remove as it can regenerate itself from here.
Once this has been done, do a full system scan (assuming the Anti-V you are running has found it, & it should be removed. Restart before you reactivate System restore .
According to Spybot themselves, that particular program can detect & remove this spyware/trojan so do an update from them & re-run With the system restore OFF.
I know its a little vague but hope it helps.

Thanks Chaps,
Apparently if you know where it lives you can just delete it, so I'll have a mooch around.and I've put a block to the website it uses in my hosts file.
DBTL,
Cheers will try it.

Sorted it,
It was in a folder called cprogram files\adverts\uninst
Deleted and all is well,
got another problem now though, Adaware locks up when it reaches the registry address-hotkey local software.
Any ideas?
