Livebox set-up CD not working

Hi everyone,

I am trying to connect an Orange/Wanadoo livebox and have a set-up CD.

The problem is when I put the CD into the computer it will not run, I have contacted Orange and they say it is a computer problem.

I have tried clicking "My Computer" and then clicking the drive but still nothing happens.

Does anyone have any ideas of how to fix this problem or who to contact to get help?

Assuming others auto run and auto run is on. Then go to explorer select the cd drive and look for an autorun file, double click that and that will tell you what file is supposed to start when the disk is inserted, normally something like setup.exe, find the file on the cd and double click it, set up should then run.

Thanks for that but still no joy. I don't have a clue wants wrong here, any other suggestions would be gateful.
