Blocked TCP but UDP OK
Things seem to be against me this week !
Had a funny one this evening. I am on Broadband - 768K with BlueYonder.
All of a sudden I lost my connection. So did the usual thing of rebooting, resetting the cable modem etc.
All I could see was UDP traffic - I.e. was getting good DNS and DHCP information but no TCP.
So, reluctantly I called up their Technical Support. Had a very useful chat with the chap. We put it down to adware. So ran all of the cleaning tools, and lo and behold TCP came back.
The machine in question is kept very clean with all of the tools suggested on here. But how the hell could TCP been blocked by adware ?
BlueYonder have confirmed that it was not an issue with their network.
Any thoughts ? Certainly got me baffled.

That will teach you running QNIX on a PS/2 with version 10.21 of the software - did you apply CSD 110?
