Mic volume
Does anyone know how to increase the microphone volume on the audio input. I am running crystal wdm audio (default on my dell laptop) at max volume but still quiet. Is there any better software i can install??

Have you tried a different Mike?
Which OS are you using?
Which Sound Card does the Dell have in it?
What Drivers are you using for the Sound Card?
It is very hard to answer your questions without knowing which Hardware/Software you are using.

P.S. There are some Drivers have 2X and a4X settings in their Advanced Tab.
