Trojan Horse Help Please......
Hi all. Mate of mine has a trojan horse that he cannot get rid of.
It is called trojan horse backdoor.agent.ba and is in his windows folder on his C drive.
He has AVG and that cannot shift it. How can he get rid of it?

He will have a better chance if his runs in Safe Mode with Networking to remove the Trojan.
With Networking enabled he will be able to run HouseCall from Safe Mode.
