Missing buttons/icons problem.

Hi all. I have not changed anything at all recently but the buttons I usually see and icons are all gone now. Here is a screen shot of the problem. Any ideas what has gone wrong..?

**EDIT** It looks ok on IE but only suffers on Opera.

one possibility:

File --> Preferences --> Multimedia --> Images: change to "Show images" (instead of "show no images").

looks like Opera did not load the images.

Try and right-click one of those buttons and select "Open image".

If it opens correctly in a new window then you should check that "Show Images" is active in File/preferences/Multimedia
