What is this program?
Just run Norton Windoctor Version6 and its come up with this problem which it can't fix. I've never seen it before. The details are >> missing file C
WINDOWS\system32\rts.exe" cannot access a necessary file, "sbpack32.dll <<
Run Adaware 6, Spybot S&D, McAfee Anti-Virus, no problems.
Computer seems to be running happily enough, I'm just curious as to what it is and if I can safely ignore it. Symantec's site was no help or Google.
Computer's using Athlon XP2000, Windows XP Home (fully updated), Groaning under the weight of software installed.

Are you sure you tried Google?
"rts.exe" is spyware; it stands for Real-Time Spy.
Read about it here .
I think you need to do some more housekeeping.
I suggest you have a look at Contol Panel>Add/Remove Programs to start with and then find "rts.exe" and delete it. It sounds as though the spyware isn't working properly anyway.
