How do I change the size of thumbnails in XP..?

Hi all. I need to change the size of thumbnails using winxp. I have millions of pictures on cd now taken from my digi-cam and when I want to find something it takes ages for the thumbs' to load... Any ideas what I can do???????

Improving performance is best done by organising your piccies into different folders, so that there's less to load each time.

However, I believe that TweakUI, part of the PowerToys suite, will allow you to change the thumbnail size.

TweakUI has the option for changing the size and quality of your Thumbnails.

After you launch TweakUI, it is under:

Explorer >> Thumbnails
