How do I change the size of thumbnails in XP..?

Hi all. I need to change the size of thumbnails using winxp. I have millions of pictures on cd now taken from my digi-cam and when I want to find something it takes ages for the thumbs' to load... :confused: Any ideas what I can do???????

Improving performance is best done by organising your piccies into different folders, so that there's less to load each time.

However, I believe that TweakUI, part of the PowerToys suite, will allow you to change the thumbnail size.

Big Red ' L ',

TweakUI has the option for changing the size and quality of your Thumbnails.

After you launch TweakUI, it is under:

Explorer >> Thumbnails
