Easa licence to Bolivian one

Hello Guys,
Anyone could tell me more precisly how to convalidate my Easa Cpl with B737, in Bolivian one.
I already checked the Bolivian DGAC website and asked the embassy, but in the mean time I would like to expedite the Process.
As I understood they will require a Visa which I should get after Company send me the invitation letter To work there.
If anyone could help me with that I would appreciate a lot:
-which document to prepare
-time
-expenses
-any exam

Thanks a lot
