Question Info and opinions on working for Air ALM

Air ALM is hiring Dash 8 Captains at the moment. What are they like from a pilots point of view?

I am not a Dash-8 Captain, but I hope I will become one some day.

I know their local rules require them to hire their people first. Plus youŽd need to convert your license to Dutch Antillean.

Who are you flying for ?

I have the fleet managerŽs e-mail address.
E-mail me and I can pass it to you.

Stay in Touch !!!

SW.

SW I am actually not interested in ALM anymore as I have taken on a position elsewhere.
Thank you for your offer of help and hope you do get a command position sometime. Where are you living or working at the moment. Have you got a DASH 8 rating? Would you be able to tell me a bit about aviation in that neck of the woods?
Cheers
