Question Falkland Islands Government Air Service (FIGAS)

I don't suppose there are any Falklands pilots here are there. If so can you tell me if FIGAS take UK pilots or just Falkland islanders who are sponsered? I was there a few years ago but never enquired. I bet its an exciting job though and reasonably varied with around 40 airfields.

any one flown there other wise?
