Try this page - Embraer - Empresa Brasileira de Aeronáutica S.A. and click on the button marked "Confira as vagas disponíveis", then "Prosseguir" on the new screen/window/tab. It will take you away from the Embraer site, but that's where you'll find the vacancies.
The English version gave me a 404 error, so this is the Portuguese version. However if you are looking for a job there, you'll need to speak it anyway.

My guess is that they only hire brazilian nationals?
Not entirely true, it would depend very much on your specialisation and the availability of suitable Brazilian candidates, but Embraer does employ foreigners when necessary. Assuming equivalent qualifications (often the hardest part, is your degree recognised in Brazil?) their preference is obviously for Brazilians first, Portuguese speakers second and then any other qualified individual.
The more exotic your specialisation, the greater chance you have.

Does Embraer have a big facility in BNA? I remember my former employer had sent a few 145s to BNA to get the newer type gust lock installed.

Yes, Embraer Aircraft Maintenance Services is at BNA and is dedicated to maintenance of their aircraft in North America. They have their own site here Embraer
If the OP is after design work Nashville won't offer anything, but it might be a way to open the door for a move to Sao Jose dos Campos in the future.
