Try this page -
Embraer - Empresa Brasileira de Aeronáutica S.A. and click on the button marked "Confira as vagas disponíveis", then "Prosseguir" on the new screen/window/tab. It will take you away from the Embraer site, but that's where you'll find the vacancies.
The English version gave me a 404 error, so this is the Portuguese version. However if you are looking for a job there, you'll need to speak it anyway.
