Chances of a job in Air Canada

Greetings!
I am A320 rated with nearly 10K hours on type. I hold a college degree in Professional Aeronautics from a renowned University from US. Currently working as an LTC and in process to be a TRI. Of late I have been considering shifting to Canada.
I would appreciate if I can get some guidance in relation to Airlines in Canada.
1) Which is a good airline to work for A320 pilot?
2) Is there a possibility to join as a direct entry captain? If not how much time it takes to move to the left seat?
3) What is the pay scale to begin with?

Thank you in anticipation.
