Dear Chuck and Clunk,

Ok ok ok, we get it, you have a major issue with the regulator, it goes on and on on several websites, and while I have no dog in your fight, would it be too much to ask you to please just answer my question? Without the editorializing? If you know the answer? If no, then thanks anyway. Now back to our regularly scheduled program…

WAY TO GO CANADA!

Left Coaster, pray what other web sites do you see me on? Cant imagine you have access to the other two, both of them being restricted to the owners of two very expensive makes of aircraft, I thought I was the only silly bugger dumb enough to own two of them! Now, to answer your question, {1} Dont have a clue, as for contacting TC, good luck, they seem to live on voice mail at our local office even when at their desks!.{2} As for me having a battle with "the regulator" wrong again Im afraid, I simply try to ignore them, along with the "Speach Police" and other goverment drones, not too hard to do as they dont seem to be "morning folks" as Im normally done my day by 0700hrs, this is soon to change as I prepare to finnally "pull the pin", along with moving of shore.

Dear Chuck and Clunk,

About fifteen years ago I had a major issue with the regulator Left Coaster, and I used the legal system to solve my issue.

The system ruled in my favor on all counts....so just to clarify this I " Had " an issue with them.

it goes on and on on several websites, and while I have no dog in your fight, would it be too much to ask you to please just answer my question? Without the editorializing? If you know the answer? If no, then thanks anyway.
If you want an answer to your own issues with the regulator why not deal directly with them like I did?

Left Coaster,

Just go to the TC website. The form is there and the instructions are there. Quite simple and no fee. The only hassle is getting your picture taken. You don't even need a fat mayor or anyone really "special" to confirm your ident, it can be done with someone who holds a Canadian passport. I just did mine.

Sent in all info required, called TC (4900 Yonge st.) a week later to make sure they had received it, which they confirmed. 2 weeks later received the new document. Simple process and all TC staff were very helpful.

Cheers
