Law Suit about lack of French Language Services
It appears this fellow (Thibodeau) and his spouse have found a way to fill their retirement coffers. Suing for "punitive damages" of $500,000 ,but not for himself (oh no) !!!!!!! Or $12,000 for receiving a Sprite instead of a 7 Up !
If he did earn that money through entrepreneurial businesses I would give him a KUDO ! Now I give him and his spouse a thumbs down !
Obviously he is not educated enough to understand how scheduling an international/inter provincial airline works and, in particular, the hiring of bi-lingual personnell (not just French/English, but many other languages)
The man and his spouse needs a grounding in the saying "vivre et laissez vivre" and learn to roll with life's short comings.
