Bombardier Friends and Family Day

Bombardier is having a Family and Community Day 2010on September 19, 2010 and I was curious if it is open to the public or if you need to order tickets?

I have only been able to find information that speaks with regard to the media, and not the general public.

I was there a few years ago and I didn't need a ticket. Unfortunately, I don't know how it works now.
