Unhappy working visa

I have been offered a job at a flight school in Boston, providing I get my instructor endorsement in the US, which is fine with me.
How do I get a working visa? If anyone has been through this, please know any feedback is appreciated.

Thumbs up

as I know, the flying school must try to find 3 months to find an American with your qualifications. If they are not able to, they have to sponsor you. Check on the web, ther is a web site for this and there is a lawyer office in Toronto specialized in that. Good luck!
