Dispatch courses/jobs?

Hello everyone,
I am thinking of working in Dispatch (airlines), anyone can tell me if there are courses for that, and where? (preferably out east/CYUL)

and how about dispatch jobs, are they hard to find?

Ok, I did my home work, I need to study the suggested material by TC and pass their test...
