Hey guys...
Fellow canuck here ... just wanted to know how long it takes to here back from AC for an interview once you send in the application. Is it a long time or are people hearing back quite rapidly? Should I plan for something quick or does it take a year or so?
Also, is a recomendation a necessity?

Some hear back really, really quickly (usually those with more than one internal connection). Others like yours truly have been applying since 2000 and nothing yet. Can't really estimate how long it will take as obviously it varies greatly. Cheers
