Gday there,

i will be moving to Canada shortly with my new wife and i was wondering what the process was for converting my licence. I currently have a Australian (ICAO) ATPL, MECIR and class 1 medical.

From what i can see it its a just a matter of sitting the relevant exams and a flight test and thats it. Can anyone confirm this for me.

I currently have 4300 hrs mostly multi and mostly in command on turbo prop aircraft. What are the work prospects like in Canada for someone with that experience.

Thank you in advance.

Red.
