Temporary work for a student with bushplanes?
I know this is very early to be considering this, but would a sight-seeing operator like West Coast Air take on temporary summer staff from abroad? Come to think of it, is there such thing as temporary summer staff in any facet of Canadian aviation? I know of plenty of my college mates who have gone across the Atlantic to jobs in bars, resteraunts, and the like, I was just thinking I might as well seek something a little more unusual, and related to my (hopeful) line of work.
I'm hoping to find something in the Vancouver area anyway, whether it be at the customer service desk of a hotel or an operator.

The unemployment rate here is very low at the moment and alot of jobs aren't being filled, so your chances may be good. Write to them and as many others as you can and ask. Some of them might need someone to pump out floats.
