Question Qantaslink Perth Network Aviation

Hi does anyone know the appropriate pay range Network Aviaton pay flight attendants? Want to work out if feasible. Do they do overnights or any international runs? Any info or tips appreciated as see they are advertising now for March TS

Hi Louise, The base salary is around $52000. You can then earn a little bit more doing long duties or overnights, but I wouldn’t rely on getting those.

Right now the only overnights are Busselton and a mine site in the Pilbara. Many crew who want the extra money bid for these, making it hard to get rostered an overnight. There is always talk about more overnights, so who knows!

There are no international flights at this stage. It’s all flying within WA, plus Darwin returns (you fly up to Darwin, but come straight back). Again, this could change in the future. All the details on salary, allowances and conditions are available on the Fair Work website. Just search for the Network Aviation Flight Attendant Agreement 2023. Good luck!

I'm not sure about the exact pay range at Network Aviation for flight attendants, but it's worth checking their website or contacting their HR department for that information. Typically, flight attendants are paid based on factors like experience, seniority, and the airline's policies. As for overnights and international runs, it depends on the specific routes and schedules of Network Aviation. They may have both domestic and international flights, but again, this would be best confirmed by reaching out to the airline directly.

You would be better off working at a non-Qantas entity as a flight attendant and applying to Qantas as an external candidate.
