B777 Escape Slide location

Can anybody please confirm whether all doors in a 777 (-200 or -300) have the escape slides mounted in the door bustle or are there any doors with fuselage mounted slides?

B777 Doors

B777-300 R3 & L3 Door escape slide is located in the fuselage
