Ryanair and AFS certification - Help me

Hello guys!
Actually i'm working with Ryanair.
I'm italian and i cannot wait to quit my job with Ryanair
I would really love to come back and try to work with any italian airlines and know new people, new adventure, stay next to my place and more stuff.
I heard long time ago about AFS certification, but i don't know what's that.
A friends of mine working in British Midland told me that even if working with Ryanair now we can ask to get the license. I was surprised but i'm gonna ask to someone who has more deatils about it.
Now, in Italy, all the cabin crew has the AFS certification.
Anyone knows if with Irish certificate can we get the AFS certification?
Thank you in advance
