Is It Me Or.........

Is it me or am I correct in saying that certain operators are constantly recruiting, regardless of the economic climate, staff reductions etc. I seem to be seeing vacancies, normally by way of 'open days' for the same operators namely Ryanair,Easyjet,Etihad,Emirates,Qatari and a few others. Is there some reason for this ie poor payers, large turnover of staff, poor conditions or is it something else. I'd like to know peoples' thoughts and experiences.

Thanks in advance.

Most of the Middle Eastern carriers are constantly recruiting because they generally have a high turnover of staff. People coming, people going. Conditions is an individual opinion. Some people love it. Some people hate it.

Is it not part of the open days to try and get an idea of who will love it and who will hate it? It must be costing a fortune having revolving doors.
