Angry Fat Cats!!!!!!

WHY OH WHY!!!!!!are the CEO, Directors and Managers of a certain low cost airline getting their yearly bonus after making a huge profit in the last 12 months, yet the hard working crew ( who i may remind you are the backbone and bread and butter of this airline) not getting anything. Surely the CEO could share a small bit of his supposed bonus. I thought bonuses were paid on the previous 12 months performance and profit? Not the upcoming 12 months?
Yes it is hard times but hey fair is fair, one gets all get i say. So wat a good year of hard work, NO BONUS>TAKING CREW FOOD AWAY>JOB LOSSES>ALL WORK>NO THANKS!!!!!!!!

Think its time the crew at this Airline stopped being walked all over and the union backed us up.

Let me know ur thoughts ezy crew and any others if u have constructive opinions.

Where have you got this information from, if I may ask.

Just last month the CEO himself claimed publicly at recurrent that he wouldn't get most of his bonuses this year as the targets hadn't been met.
According to him he gets various bonuses, the main one being depended on the same figure as the crew bonus. He stated that this target was not met, and therefore neither him nor the crew would receive the bonus.
Supposedly, except for one bonus, he won't receive any, as all the the relating targets weren't achieved. He didn't mention the figures of his bonuses (neither the ones he's not getting nor the one he's still entitled to).

Now, I'm just writing what he said himself, therefore once more, where have you got the information and the figures from? Or is it just galley fm?

There is many things I disagree with at the moment, but we (through the unions) agreed to a target dependable bonus. Target hasn't been met, we don't get the bonus. It's fairly straight forward, and for once something I can't complain about.
