Fatigue Management

Hi all,

I've worked for a few airlines, the majority of which have had mechanisms to manage crew fatigue, by monitoring and modifying shifts and duty patterns that may have a fatiguing affect. These groups are called different things in different companys, generally along the lines of Crew Alertness Working Teams, or Fatigue Management Systems or the like....

I've come to take them for granted, but the airline I now work for doesn't have anything like this! Just wondering if any of you have any experience in setting something like this up, or even just details of the inner workings of these groups?!

Any help muchly appreciated!
