Just Smile for pity's sake!
O.K Maybe it's a split 3 second eye contact but why doesn't the other person ever smile...6 times out of 10 I see this in the street...Maybe in the airport too...Does anyone else know the reason they don't care to smile...I mean they are taking the time to look at you then why wouldnt they smile...
