QAL reserve roster question

My first post is a request for info. If you are an FA (QAL, int) on reserve roster, what happens if you need time off for a medical procedure during reserve roster but are not sure what the date of the procedure will be?

if procedure occurs during hours less than min guarantee (currently 149 hours) it is taken from sick leave and hours credited to your line (149/38= 3.92 hrs /day). if it occurs after you achieve the min guarantee (149) you get no sick leave hours credit but you do not lose any sick days. however if you have a medical procedure on annual leave, inform team leader immediately, any days will be credited to your next annual leave. e.g. if your medical certificate is for 7 days your next annual leave will have an extra week in it. remember, on sick leave you cannot use staff travel...hope this helps
