Ryanair pay freeze

It was mentioned on the TV news the other night that Ryan air staff have had their pay frozen. Is this correct? I work outside aviation, but would like to know.

thats a load of pap... i work for the company and well weve just had a pay rise.. the big bosses are getting a pay freeze.... so its nothing yo worry about if youre pilits or crew

I work for Ryanair and they have honoured the pay deal that they proposed. I have not heard anything about pay freezes!
