I'm usually on the military forum, but would like to thank both the outbound and inbound crews to and from Bristol and the Dominican Republic on Mon 17 & 24th March.
You provided a great service and made the journey a pleasure.
I admired the way one of you handled the woman who would not switch off her mobile, even though she was asked 3 times. I would have taken it off her and stamped on it.
I hope I have the pleasure of flying with you again.
