L'air Liquide Smoke Hood operation
Hi there - I have come across an l'air liquide smoke hood on my travels and cant remember the details of it's operation. Cant find it on the www either!!

It's not the best design smokehood out there and i'm glad i didn't have to use in an emergency!
It's that non-descript that i 've actually forgotten how to operate it.

dustybin described it perfectly. i prefered the drager as it gave more protection against heat and burning material because it had a "bib" front the air 'liquide only protects the head.

Place thumbs on the two yellow markers and stretch the latex seal, and put it on from front to back. A smal lever is pushed up by your head, which starts the oxygen supply. Lasts for 15 mins.

Thanks guys - I finally found details in my paperwork in the loft!!!
I agree though that it is not the best option and have approached the operator to change to Drager.
