could someone tell me what this "ash bash" is all about......sorry to be so clueless but, hey...I wasn't hired for my intelligence....

Hi Chicken-or-fish,
The Ash Bash is party being organised by Stan Sted to celebrate the arrival of Redsnail on British shores.

It started out as a very small thread quite a while ago, and has now grown into a major event at which all PpuNers appear to be very wellcome.

Personally I think it sounds like great fun, and I'm frantically looking for a way to attend! Hope this info helps, you can find out more by looking into old threads.

It began as an idea I had. Danny had said he would come out to visit us here in Oz. Things happened and he couldn't make it. So I thought, stuff it, I'll go. This decision was made in September '99. I got to chatting with Stan Stead in chat one day.....Now it has grown into a huge party. I can't see anything wrong with that

It seems to a bloody good excuse for a **** up. It has generated a few other **** ups as the Brits practice.

Thanx for all the background info guys.
So as I hear it......it is one of those"the more the merrier" type of things....yes???
If so, I would like to volunteer to attend to represent the convict contingent (spelling). What do ya say???
Think you could handle a sweet unassuming aussie girl joining in the fun (and maybe me as well.....hee hee hee).

Feel free to come on over. I am an aussie girl too, but I am not too sure on the "sweet and innocent" bit.
Feral animal probably better describes me.
