Getting past the gate

Sincere apologies if I'm being dim, but in the absence of a forum concerning those who deal with the SLF in the part of the world between duty-free and the aircraft, I figured this was probably the place to post.
A couple of months ago I was on what has turned out to be an annual business class trip from LHR to Johannesburg. As we got to the gate for boarding, the queue was more of a crowd than a straight line. One of the gate staff decided to sort things out; she was a lovely, smiley forty-something with a glint in her eye and her tongue in her cheek. I'll never forget that immortal line she came out with:
"Ladies and gentlemen, can we please have two lines? First class and Club World in this line, and you Coachies in that line over there".
My three colleagues and I would have hugged her if we hadn't been in fits of giggles ...
