cabin/flight crew communication research
Hello everyone. My name is Barbara Clark, I was cabin crew for 10 years and am now doing post-graduate research at the University of London on cabin crew communication. Currently I'm researching cabin crew impressions of and attitudes about cabin/flight crew communication. I'm looking for a few cabin crew members, either working as CC now or retired, who would be interested in taking part in this. It would consist of answering some questions and offering opinions and input on communication between cabin and flight crews before, during and after a flight. It should take no more than an hour of your time. I guarantee anonymity, and will only use participants' responses for my research, and for no other purpose. If you like I can send you a copy of the results of this research, when it is finished.
If you'd be interested in participating, or want to discuss this topic further, please send me a PM. Thanks for your time - I look forward to hearing from you!

Cabin Crew Communication
For the attention of Barbara Clark 9 (although this was some time ago):
I'd be interested in your research results. I'm co-author of a book of Aviation English for pilots and controllers and currently working on a similar for Cabin Crew. I'd enjoy an exchange of ideas.
