Can aussies (who dont currently work for Qantas) apply for QFUK? or is it retricted to UK applicants, and QF applicants to transfer over for a bit?
cheers

Everyone is able to apply as long as you meet the minimum criteria for the position.... Also you must hold the right to live and work in the UK (Working holiday visas are not acceptable)

Exek

Hey honey, great to hear you are still on our course! New start for the new year and all that. I have done my referencing now, what a nightmare?! I asked Ann whether there would be any pre-course prep and she said there probably would a few weeks before we start.
See ya soon,
xxx

HELP

Hi All

I am so sorry probably someone has already asked these questions before but i cannot find the answers.

I applied for Qantas Cabin Crew position about 15 days ago, someone called me and i had an interview on the phone lasting aprox 15 min, the guy left me his phone number and asked me to call him on Monday and he will let me know if i have passed. Could someone tell me is this common practice or do you think that this is good or bad news.

If i passed the phone interview, i was told that i would have to go to some hotel near LHR for an assement, does anyone know what questions they tent to ask at the test ect.

Many thanks!!!!!

Not uncommon to have to call back, so I wouldn't worry.

Scroll back a few pages as there is a LOT of information about the process, where to stay, salary etc.

Hi Guys,

i thought just to let you know, i phoned Qantas recruitment today and i have been invited to attend a “Welcome Aboard Day”, i am so excited can't wait. They offered me 6,7,8 or 9th Feb 07.

I am a bit worried, as i dont know what to expect from the group exercise, any tips? what sort of questions do they ask when you have your 2:1 interview?

Many thanks

Hmm, yet I phoned them last week and they told me they weren't doing any more phone interviews until next year...maybe that was a nice way of them telling me my application wasn't successful...who knows!!
